What are your UK shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days. Shipping is free on all orders over £50, while a flat rate applies to smaller orders.

What is your return policy for coffee brewing equipment?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans or opened filters.

Is Hario glassware heat-resistant and dishwasher safe?

Yes, Hario's signature heatproof glass is designed to withstand high temperatures and is safe for use in dishwashers, though hand-washing is recommended for delicate items.

Do you offer a warranty on electric kettles and grinders?

All Hario electrical appliances come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
