We want you to be fully satisfied with your Hario brewing equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack your unused Hario products in their original retail packaging and include a copy of your delivery note or RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship to Hario UK

  Label your package clearly and send it back to our UK warehouse using a tracked courier service to ensure your return arrives safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
